THE PROJECT
VES-HTX provided Owner’s Representative support throughout the construction of two new aluminum pilot boats, assisting the client with oversight, coordination, and progress monitoring from early fabrication through final delivery.
Serving as an extension of the client’s team, VES-HTX helped ensure that quality, safety, and schedule objectives were consistently met. Our role focused on facilitating communication between stakeholders, verifying that vendors and contractors carried out their responsibilities properly, and maintaining transparency throughout the process.
This collaborative approach supported the delivery of two modern, high-performance vessels designed to strengthen operational reliability and safety for pilotage services in one of the Gulf region’s busiest maritime corridors.
