THE PROJECT
VES provided operational support to the Transport & Installation contractor for the Delfin Sur-1 wellhead platform in Peru’s Z-1 Block. The team coordinated international and local crews for the offshore installation using the Zhen Hua 30 heavy-lift vessel. VES also managed the qualification of a local fabricator, contracting of Peruvian support companies, and full compliance with local and international regulations. Through integrated project management and on-site execution, VES ensured a safe, efficient, and successful installation.
